This song takes place after the events of Step Right UP!
The protagonist "Frances" is dropped onto a platform that seems to plummet into nothingness. Attached, is a highwire that sprawls in one direction that seems to indicate that this is going nowhere, either. Even more strange is a dim light that comes from up top and a noose comes down from this spotlight, latches to her neck, and starts to move her in the direction of the highwire, making her do a balancing act against her will. All the while, the Ringmaster character gets impatient at the fact that she hasn't fallen yet and makes this rugged rope become slimmer to the point where this wire becomes razor-thin. However, she holds her own somehow all the while, bleeding from her feet.
